Evidence based evaluation

As a result, the opportunity cost is high. Templated questions and standard interviews are not going to cut it anymore. People leaders now have a stronger seat at the table for some of the most strategic decisions companies make about headcount and organization planning. The stakes are even higher for early stage companies, where investors look closely for early signals from the team. While today feels challenging for many talent teams, we strongly believe the trends of the last few years are here to stay. We are also seeing many teams use this moment to prepare for the next wave of hiring.

From the eye of a candidate

From a candidate's perspective, the pace is relentless. There are more AI tools than ever, and the list grows every day. This makes constant learning the only way to stay current. At the same time, many candidates feel anxious when the hiring process feels templated. Resumes are screened quickly, questions are generic, and assessments do not set them up for success. That pressure creates an unhealthy ecosystem where unethical tools exist to circumvent hiring pipelines and improve chances unfairly.

We do not believe proctoring is the answer. We believe transparency is. High caliber candidates also want to see the human side of a company. They care about culture, workplace environment, and team dynamics. A fully automated process does not inspire confidence.

There is growing demand for a product that helps forward thinking and ambitious teams strike the right balance with AI. So we set out to build a platform that helps candidates showcase real skills, while giving hiring teams the co pilot they do not have but increasingly need.

Beyond building the most customizable, unbiased, and pluggable assessment platform, we are making analytics, sourcing, transparency, and candidate upskilling core parts of the product. We are building all of this in close partnership with recruiting teams and leaders, with a focus on improving workflows and delivering a better candidate experience end to end.
