Different assessment types use different credit amounts: A360 assessments use 1 credit, VOCAL voice interviews use 2 credits, and Case Study take-home assessments use 4 credits. Credits reset each month based on your plan, and unused credits do not roll over.

Your trial gives you full access to all features of the selected plan. You can create assessments, invite candidates, and explore AI-powered evaluations. No credit card is required to start, and your trial expires after 7 days or when you choose to upgrade.

Yes. Every plan supports add-ons for additional credits, AI Voice minutes, and AI Avatar minutes. Extra credits are available at $2/credit on Start and Team, and $1/credit on Business. Enterprise customers receive custom volume pricing.

Yes — you save 20% when you choose annual billing over monthly. For example, the Start plan is $49/month billed annually versus $59/month billed monthly. The discount applies to all plans.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You can cancel from your account settings with no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice or purchase order with annual billing.
