AI voice and avatar minutes are bundled into the per-evaluation cost, so there's nothing extra to buy on top.

Starter is a free, one-time onboarding plan that every new organization lands on automatically — no credit card required. It includes 2,000 credits across the full 2-month window. Once you use up the credits or the 60-day window ends, you pick a paid plan (Team, Business, or Enterprise) to keep using Casuro. Starter does not renew.

Team and Business allow overage — you keep going, and each extra credit beyond the monthly cap is billed at the plan's overage rate ($0.50/credit on Team, $0.30/credit on Business) on top of your subscription. Starter is hard-capped: once the 2,000 credits are spent the plan stops, and the next step is to upgrade. Enterprise overage is $0.20/credit. You can also set a monthly overage spend limit so charges stop automatically.

Yes — annual billing saves about 20% on Team and Business. Team is $199/month billed yearly ($2,388/year) versus $299/month billed monthly, and Business is $999/month billed yearly ($11,988/year) versus $1,199/month billed monthly. The discount applies to the subscription only — the per-credit overage rate is the same either way.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time — upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You can cancel from your account settings with no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice or purchase order on annual billing.
